Job Title: Senior DevOps Mobile Operations Engineer Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)
Lead DevOps and software delivery by improving and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, branching and release workflows, build automation, artifact management, environment configuration, and delivery controls for reliable, repeatable releases. Automate with software by designing, developing, and maintaining scripts, tools, services, and utilities that remove repetitive work, strengthen release quality, and provide actionable operational insight. Drive mobile product launches by coordinating MobileOps activities for Android and iOS releases, including build readiness, application signing, provisioning, packaging, deployment, configuration, launch planning, release verification, monitoring, and issue response. Lead field-support analysis by investigating complex field issues across connected systems—analyzing logs, telemetry, configurations, and system interactions to reproduce issues, identify root causes, assess product impact, and coordinate durable corrections across mobile, application, cloud, device, and firmware boundaries. Build quality and security into delivery by integrating automated verification, static analysis, security scanning, traceability, diagnostics, approval gates, and release evidence into delivery workflows for an IEC 62304 Class C software environment.
Own end-to-end delivery improvements that directly strengthen release quality, verification, and operational readiness for mobile and connected systems. Use AI-enabled engineering tools responsibly to accelerate scripting, pipeline development, release preparation, log analysis, troubleshooting, and knowledge retrieval—while maintaining validation and human accountability. Lead cross-functional execution by partnering with software, systems, firmware, cybersecurity, quality, regulatory, infrastructure, clinical, product, and external teams to resolve high-priority issues. Work in an IEC 62304 Class C environment where traceability, evidence, and security are built into the workflow—not added later. Make measurable impact through clear prioritization, risk management, communication, escalation of barriers, and follow-through through closure.
