ManpowerGroup's banking client is seeking a Technical Project Manager for the Mobile Engineering team in a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA. You will drive planning, coordination, and execution of mobile technology projects, collaborating with enterprise architecture and upstream mobile teams.

The ideal candidate has a technical background and hands-on mobile engineering experience, with strong communication and a drive to automate reporting to improve delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience as a Technical Project Manager managing full lifecycle of Mobile / iOS / Android projects.
• Hands-on mobile engineering experience with coding skills in Bash, Python, Kotlin or related technologies.
• Knowledge of technical challenges and systems design; ability to facilitate discussions and drive solutions.
• Experience across full product development lifecycle, including Test Driven Development; familiarity with program delivery and JIRA/Confluence.

Our banking client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their Mobile Engineering team.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be part of the Mobile Engineering organization supporting enterprise architecture and upstream mobile engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong mobile engineering, project coordination, clear technical communication, and a drive to automate reporting and improve delivery outcomes which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Mobile Engineering

Location: Hybrid in Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA

Pay Range: $55-60/hr W2; 65-70hr c2c

Work within Mobile Engineering and will report to a Mobile Engineering VP.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, coordination, and execution of mobile specific technology-focused projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and project goals
• Oversee project documentation updates in project management tools and track OKR/KPI performance

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred
• Experience as a Technical Project Manager managing the full lifecycle of Mobile / iOS / Android focused projects
• Hands on, professional experience within Mobile Engineering as an Engineer with basic coding skills in languages such as Bash, Python, Kotlin, or related technologies
• Knowledge of technical challenges and systems design, with the ability to facilitate technical discussions and drive solutions
• Experience across the full life cycle of product development (from concept to delivery), including Test Driven Development; plus experience in program delivery or project management and familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence, along with strong technical documentation skills
