Job summary

Career Launch in Boston, MA is hiring a Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer for a full-time role focused on building and operating reliable, secure infrastructure across AWS and on-premises environments. You'll work with Python, Terraform, AWS, Linux, GitHub Actions, Ansible, and modern CI/CD practices to support a multi-customer platform.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in DevOps or Platform Engineering, owns complex systems, and can influence automation, cloud architecture, security,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Deep experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, KMS, ECS, Route53, ACM).
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform; multi-account AWS setups.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Experience with configuration management at scale; strong Linux knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; security-sensitive environments.
