Deloitte’s AI & Engineering team seeks a Senior Engineering Management Specialist - DevOps Engineer to lead cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and platform improvements for client engagements. The role emphasizes AWS, OpenShift, and automation in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, security, and scalable delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years in DevOps roles supporting AWS environments.
• 1+ years provisioning, deploying, and managing AWS environments.
• 1+ years deploying scripts and code releases across environments.
• 1+ years with OpenShift, Docker, GitLab Runners, and AWS services.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and optimize AWS infrastructure including OpenShift clusters.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Runners.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and security with observability tools.
• Manage AWS services (S3, Lambda, Route 53, CloudFront, etc.).
• Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot and improve workflows.
• Lead projects or workstreams.
