AnaVation is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our on-site team in Chantilly, VA. You will design, build, and optimize Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines, develop containerized deployment workflows with Docker and Kubernetes, and automate software delivery across environments.

You will implement IaC, integrate security controls, and support ML workflows while mentoring engineers in an Agile setting.

Qualificações

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and CI polygraph
• 8+ years of professional DevOps/engineering experience
• Experience building Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps is a plus
• Strong scripting in Python/Bash/PowerShell
• Knowledge of IaC and security controls in pipelines

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, maintain, and optimize Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
• Develop containerized deployment workflows with Docker and Kubernetes
• Automate builds, tests, and deployments across environments
• Create automation scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Implement IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible
• Incorporate DevSecOps and security controls into pipelines
• Support ML workflows and AI infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex software and deployment issues
• Monitor, log, and ensure reliability and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environment
• Maintain Git-based workflows (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
• Lead initiatives, mentor engineers, and document processes
