Job summary

Trase Systems seeks a Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer to build, deploy, and operate infrastructure for Red Cell Partners’ incubations and portfolio companies. You will focus on federal and national security programs, with hands-on work spanning Kubernetes, IaC, security, and production support.

You will collaborate with partner engineers, Trase OS teams, and GRC to deliver validated deployments with reliable operations across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering secure, compliant deployments across cloud environments.
• Strong automation with IaC and repeatable release processes.
• Proven ability to lead complex partner deployments at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate multi-cloud partner environments (AWS/Azure/GCP and on‑premises).
• Package and validate Trase OS services using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and registries.
• Maintain versioned images, release manifests, and digests for deployments.
• Create reusable infrastructure-as-code modules and CI/CD workflows (Terraform, Pulumi, Argo CD).
• Prepare networking, IAM, secrets, certificates, and storage configurations.
• Support restricted-network and disconnected deployment patterns with partners.
