Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation and reliability practices.
• Lead advanced Linux sysadmin and forensic troubleshooting.
• Apply security-first approaches to infrastructure management.
• Champion CI/CD, IaC, and zero-touch provisioning.
• Improve release management and incident response processes.
• Develop service instrumentation and dashboards to speed troubleshooting.
• Provide technical leadership and establish standards.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and foster continuous learning.
• Identify weaknesses and improve resilience and performance.
• Define cloud infrastructure and networking strategies.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents.
