Job summary

Scientific Games seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen infrastructure, improve deployment reliability, and help scale secure, high-performing platforms.

You will work across infrastructure automation, CI/CD, system administration, container platforms, and observability. You will partner closely with engineering and operations teams to improve delivery efficiency, platform resilience, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, platform or infrastructure engineering.
• Practical IaC and system administration experience.
• Hands-on CI/CD with modern tooling and pipelines.
• Strong Linux skills and networking knowledge.
• Kubernetes/containerization and orchestration expertise.
• Cloud experience in AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with observability, monitoring and incident response.
• Certifications such as AWS DevOps or Docker are a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain IaC-based infrastructure.
• Build, optimize and support CI/CD pipelines for faster releases.
• Administer Linux-based systems across dev and prod.
• Manage and enhance Kubernetes and container platforms.
• Drive automation across deployments and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve build, release and deployment processes.
• Monitor health, performance and reliability using observability tools.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment and network issues.
• Support secure platform operations and secrets management.
