Qualifications

• 6+ years as a DevOps Engineer / SRE or similar responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own one core platform area end-to-end (observability or CI/CD).
• Drive technical initiatives end-to-end from design to production.
• Define requirements, assumptions and next steps in ambiguous situations.
• Design for reliability and scale of platform architectures.
• Support developers across on-prem and Kubernetes environments; monitor, troubleshoot, and mentor.
• Automate repetitive toil and standardize operations.
• Investigate production incidents as senior escalation point; lead post‑mortems and on‑call rotations.
• Mentor less experienced engineers through reviews and pairing.
• Apply AI techniques to research, troubleshoot, and develop.
