Job summary

SailPoint seeks a seasoned DevOps/SRE leader to manage 24x7 production operations across cloud environments, with strong Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD expertise. You will automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response while guiding platform reliability and cost optimization.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Services to evolve platform standards, mentor engineers, and ensure secure, scalable operations across AWS and Azure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in 24x7 production operations for SaaS or cloud services.
• Deep cloud infrastructure experience on AWS and/or Azure with one or both clouds.
• Hands-on Kubernetes in production; EKS/AKS or equivalent managed service.
• Experience with Terraform and release automation tools.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting, networking, and system design skills.
• Proven ability to lead, influence engineers, and work in agile environments.
• Certifications in AWS/Azure are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a resilient, secure SaaS platform meeting SLAs.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response across cloud infra.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Eng, Product, and Services.
• Maintain runbooks, standards, and reusable patterns for production ops.
• Participate in follow-the-sun on-call rotations and ensure reliability.
• Develop and improve IaC, CI/CD guardrails, and cloud-native patterns.
