Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer in Dearborn, Michigan to build and optimize infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes across the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong Linux and Windows experience, cloud infrastructure know-how, and hands-on scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell, plus expertise with CI/CD using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or similar software engineering role.
• 7+ years Linux experience.
• 7+ years Windows experience.
• 7+ years GitHub experience.
• 7+ years Jenkins experience.
• 5+ years Cloud Infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years Python experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain infrastructure and tools that support software development and deployment.
• Apply DevOps methodologies and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Accelerate software releases while maintaining security and reducing deployment risks.
• Improve software delivery through CI/CD and continuous feedback.
• Evaluate existing systems and implement improvements.
• Support deployments across development, testing, sandbox, and production environments.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across the software lifecycle.
• Set up, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Develop integrations with internal backend systems.
• Perform root cause analysis for build and pipeline issues.
• Develop automation to improve operational efficiency.
