Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer in Dearborn, MI to build, maintain, and optimize infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes across the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will master Linux, Windows, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and scripting while supporting builds, deployments, and releases.

You will accelerate releases, improve delivery with CI/CD, and implement automation across development, testing, sandbox, and production environments,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps or similar software engineering role.
• 7+ years of Linux experience.
• 7+ years of Windows experience.
• 7+ years of GitHub experience.
• 7+ years of Jenkins experience.
• 5+ years of Cloud Infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years of Python experience.
• 3+ years of GCP experience.
• Experience with Bash/PowerShell/Python scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, Lens).
• Experience with log management tools (Elastic Stack, Grafana Loki, FluentD).
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Experience with cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain infrastructure and tools to support software development and deployment.
• Apply DevOps methodologies across the SDLC.
• Accelerate software releases while maintaining security and reducing deployment risks.
• Improve delivery through CI/CD and feedback loops.
• Set up, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Develop integrations with internal backend systems.
• Perform root cause analysis for build and pipeline issues.
• Create automation to improve operational efficiency.
