Job summary

Ema builds AI Employees for HR, IT and Finance. You will build and manage the infrastructure powering our AI platform, designing cloud systems, automating deployments, and ensuring scalable, reliable operations for millions of enterprises.

Own Kubernetes clusters, Terraform-based provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. Focus on security, performance, and multi-tenant SaaS scalability at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience.
• Expert-level Kubernetes and containerization knowledge.
• Proficient with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.
• Cloud platforms AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and systems thinking.
• B.Tech in CS/ECE from IIT/NIT/IIIT/BITS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe deployments.
• Build observability systems (logging, monitoring, alerting).
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability at scale.
• Support multi-tenant SaaS architecture and scaling.
