Job summary

Embrace Software Inc. is seeking a CloudOps Engineer to operate and improve the reliability, security, and cost efficiency of our Azure-hosted SaaS products in production.

You will partner with engineering to ensure consistent deployments, effective monitoring, and secure operations across dev, QA, staging, and production environments. You will build and maintain Terraform modules, manage GitHub Actions pipelines, and enable scalable provisioning of SaaS environments while tracking SLIs/SLOs and

Qualifications

• 5+ years operating production workloads in Microsoft Azure.
• Terraform and IaC for provisioning and automation.
• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions; scripting skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize Azure-based SaaS production environments.
• Maintain health of Azure services: PostgreSQL, Storage, Service Bus, and related resources.
• Develop and manage Terraform modules and environment configurations; ensure version control and drift management.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot GitHub Actions workflows for deployments and CI/CD.
