Job summary

Softeta is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to strengthen an infrastructure team. You will automate Linux provisioning on bare metal, deploy Kubernetes clusters, and manage multi-cluster environments with GitOps workflows. You will implement secure pipelines, container deployment, and observability across platforms.

You will work with Argo CD, Prometheus/Grafana, Vault, and related tooling to ensure scalable, reliable operations and strong security posture for enterprise-scale systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive Linux system administration experience.
• Hands-on Kubernetes installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong GitOps experience with automated delivery pipelines.
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with Argo CD, Helm, and container orchestration.
• Experience with monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana) and logging.

Responsibilities

• Automate Linux installation, configuration, and patching on bare metal.
• Provision hardware and deploy Kubernetes clusters with versioned workflows.
• Manage multi-cluster Kubernetes fleet and standard configurations.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitOps and Argo CD.
• Deploy Dockerized apps and maintain Helm charts.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Enforce RBAC, least-privilege access, secrets management.
• Manage PKI/TLS, SSO, MFA, and identity providers.
• Integrate HashiCorp Vault and External Secrets Operator for secrets.
