Intact Services USA LLC is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our IT team on a hybrid schedule from Canton, MA; Boston, MA; Farmington, CT or Raleigh, NC. You will design and evolve CI/CD pipelines, container delivery patterns, and AKS integrations to improve reliability, scalability and security of application delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions and reusable pipeline design.
• Extensive experience with Docker and container build best practices.
• Experience deploying and operating containerized applications on Kubernetes.
• Strong automation and scripting background.

Responsibilities

• Design and own CI/CD pipeline standards using GitHub Actions.
• Define container build, image management, and deployment standards.
• Lead CI/CD integration with AKS, including deployment and promotion models.
• Establish and maintain Helm-based deployment patterns.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Partner with cloud and security teams to align platform standards.
