Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on DevOps/engineering experience.
• Expertise with Kubernetes or OpenShift and deployment strategies (RBAC, ingress).
• Experience with Jenkins Pipeline as Code and Groovy libraries.
• Scripting experience in Shell and Groovy; Python for automation.
• Maven build system experience for Java 17 apps.
• Strong Git/GitHub workflows and GitHub Actions experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and Terraform.
• Deep understanding of automation, CI/CD, IaC, and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy libraries.
• Manage Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments, RBAC, ingress, and monitoring.
• Optimize build/release processes for Java 17 applications using Maven.
• Collaborate on SCM best practices with Git and GitHub workflows.
• Develop automation scripts with Python for ops efficiency and monitoring.
• Integrate security/quality gates using SonarQube/Checkmarx.
• Use observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace) for proactive monitoring.
• Support infra provisioning with Terraform and deployment tooling (UrbanCode).
• Guide team members and drive continuous improvement of DevOps practices.
