Job summary

Plenful in San Francisco is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and scale our infrastructure, tooling, and deployment systems powering the AI workflow platform. You will work across serverless pipelines, containerized services, and a Postgres data layer, reporting to engineering leadership.

You will bring 7+ years in a B2B SaaS context, hands-on IaC with Terraform, AWS, CI/CD, observability, and a track record of reliable, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of professional engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on production systems in cloud environments (preferably AWS).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar) and modern deployment workflows.
• Experience with serverless compute patterns, containerized services, distributed workflows, and Postgres.
• Strong observability tooling, performance debugging, and system behavior under load.
• Ability to write scripts/services to automate infrastructure and developer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve cloud infrastructure with infrastructure-as-code for scalability and consistency.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe deployments.
• Standardize deployment patterns across serverless and containerized workloads and workflows.
• Improve provisioning, configuration, and deployment to reduce friction for engineers.
