Job summary

LILT (Production) seeks a world-class DevOps Engineer to build reliable software systems, including bare-metal Linux deployments and cloud deployments in GCP and AWS. The role supports a multi-region, low-latency setup with a mix of remote and on-site engagements at our Washington, D.C. hub.

You will collaborate with the engineering team to improve infrastructure, implement IaC, and enforce security and reliability across platforms. Citizenship and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Linux System Administrator, DevOps Engineer or similar.
• US citizenship is a precondition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support technical operations in development and production systems.
• Deliver infrastructure engineering projects to support company initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to deliver software quickly and reliably.
• Secure platform infrastructure and harden on-premise builds.
• Work with engineering teams to set and measure SLIs/SLOs for SLAs.
• Execute roadmap in sprints and follow SCRUM practices.
• Introduce new technologies and best practices in InfoSec, DevOps, and Site Reliability.
• Support self-managed customers on-site.
