Job summary

GDIT is seeking a DevOps Engineer to own critical production systems and drive cloud infrastructure across multiple government-facing applications. You will collaborate with developers, manage deployment pipelines, and optimize resources within a high-security environment.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of experience, TS/SCI w/Polygraph eligibility, and strong scripting and containerization skills. US citizenship is required to meet program requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
• Experience: 8+ years
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
• US citizenship required
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent cloud certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary DevOps engineer for a portfolio of customer-directed applications.
• Collaborate with a highly-skilled development team and a wider customer base.
• Drive the development and infrastructure of key team resources.
• Utilize AWS services and end-to-end cloud infrastructure to support day-to-day maintenance and development cycles.
