Job summary

INFINNI is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our cloud infrastructure, delivery pipelines, and platform tooling on AWS and Kubernetes.

You will design scalable systems, automate CI/CD, promote GitOps, and mentor others while integrating modern tooling like LLM coding assistants. Strong security, reliability, and performance focus are essential for our fast‑growing SaaS platform.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or SRE.
• Strong, hands‑on AWS experience (ECS, MSK, ECR, IAM, VPC).
• Solid production experience with Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to set up and administer CI/CD systems (GitLab).
• Good understanding of GitOps principles and best practices.
• In‑depth Docker knowledge.
• Strong SQL knowledge and database performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Java, Python or Go.
• Experience using LLM coding assistants (Claude Code or Codex) in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS (ECS, MSK, ECR).
• Manage production Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, scaling, observability, and upgrades.
• Set up and maintain GitLab and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Promote GitOps practices for versioned, auditable infrastructure changes.
• Manage infrastructure as code and keep environments consistent.
• Create containerized workloads with Docker focusing on security and performance.
• Integrate identity solutions like Keycloak.
• Develop tooling to automate manual tasks and improve developer experience.
• Adopt LLM coding tools safely and effectively.
• Participate in incident response and reliability improvements.
• Tune database performance and capacity planning.
• Build observability through metrics, logs, and tracing.
