Job summary

Incode is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to scale cloud infrastructure and enable secure, scalable identity experiences. You will architect Kubernetes-based environments on AWS EKS, implement Terraform automation, and own CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

You will partner with developers to deliver reliable, observable systems at global scale, using Prometheus/Grafana and modern GitOps workflows. This role requires a senior, hands-on engineer ready to own production reliability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes-based apps on AWS EKS.
• Strong Terraform and infrastructure automation.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Solid understanding of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM).
• Knowledge of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana) and related tooling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based environments on AWS EKS.
• Develop Terraform-driven automation for client deployments.
• Troubleshoot live environments to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Build and optimize observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or ELK stacks.
• Work with ArgoCD GitOps and GitHub Actions CI/CD in deployment pipelines.
• Contribute to internal engineering standards and tooling.
• Stay current with AWS and DevOps advancements to improve speed and scalability.
