Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and optimize secure, scalable cloud infrastructure. You will automate operations, support FedRAMP-compliant environments, and enhance performance across development and production silos.

Responsibilities include building CI/CD pipelines, implementing observability, and maintaining containerized apps with Kubernetes/Helm. Strong cloud, scripting, and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or a related infrastructure role.
Strong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms.
Experience building and maintaining FedRAMP-authorized environments.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized applications.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Graphite, or similar technologies.
Programming experience with Python, Java, or Go, along with scripting knowledge in Bash.
Solid understanding of operating systems, networking, and infrastructure fundamentals.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate across technical teams.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Ansible.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployments.
Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and automated remediation solutions to improve system reliability.
Build and support development, testing, and production environments.
Deploy and manage containerized applications and microservices using Kubernetes and Helm.
Maintain and support FedRAMP-compliant infrastructure, including government cloud environments.
Perform security updates, vulnerability remediation, patching, and ongoing compliance maintenance.
Monitor system health and performance using observability tools, dashboards, and automated alerts.
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and collaborate with engineering and security teams to improve operational efficiency.
