Accenture Federal Services seeks a seasoned DevOps Engineer to implement and maintain cloud and on-prem DevOps environments. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and support compute, storage, networking, and platform components while collaborating with cross-functional teams on workload management and AD administration.

The role emphasizes automation, capacity planning, and delivering actionable feedback to management for escalated issues and service requests, with involvement in requirements

Formación

• 5+ years deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters (e.g., TKG, Konvoy).
• 5+ years of DevOps experience, incl. configuration management and IaC (Ansible, Terraform).
• 5+ years with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
• 5+ years of Windows Server and/or Linux system administration.
• 3+ years of identity management tools (AD, Keycloak, AWS IAM).
• 3+ years deploying and maintaining containerized apps (Jira, Confluence, Mattermost, GitLab).
• 3+ years PowerShell and/or Bash scripting.
• Strong understanding of core networking principles.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cloud-based and on-prem DevOps environments.
• Provide day-to-day operational support, monitoring, and problem resolution across compute, storage, networking, and platform components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on workload management, patching, AD administration, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
• Optimize system operations, resource utilization, and performance through automation and capacity planning.
• Deliver clear analysis and feedback to management and internal customers for escalated issues and service requests.
• Contribute to requirements analysis, capability development, and implementation planning.
