Five9 is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer – Infra Services to own and advance DNS and Kubernetes infrastructure across private and cloud environments.

You will automate provisioning with Ansible, Terraform, Python, and CI/CD, ensuring high availability, security, and multi-tenant isolation for mission-critical applications.

The role includes on-call rotations, incident response, and collaboration with SRE teams to optimize reliability and performance across global regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing global DNS & Kubernetes on Linux.
• Expertise with Infoblox DDI systems (or similar enterprise DNS).
• Experience automating infrastructure with Ansible, Terraform, Python and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) systems engineering background and scripting.

Responsabilités

• Implement and support large-scale DNS architecture across private and public clouds.
• Deploy Infoblox DDI solutions, Cloudflare DNS, and AWS/GCP DNS services.
• Operate multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters with BareMetal and software-defined storage.
• Use IaC (Ansible, Terraform/Pulumi, Python) for automated DNS provisioning.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and patch management processes.
• Build monitoring and alerting with GitOps, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki.
