Job summary

Apoddo is actively seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to modernize our cloud infrastructure and own the deployment ecosystem for mission-critical data pipelines used by major banks across the United States. You will drive cloud modernization, migrate from legacy build systems, and establish self-service infrastructure patterns on AWS.

Responsibilities include migrating pipelines to AWS CodePipeline and GitHub Actions, moving workloads from ECS to EKS, building modular Terraform workflows,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on AWS infrastructure experience in production.
• Deep expertise with EKS (Kubernetes) in production environments.
• Experience migrating workloads from ECS to EKS and building CI/CD with GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Run architectural overhaul and migration of legacy pipelines to modern workflows (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions).
• Architect and implement Terraform-based self-service infrastructure patterns.
• Design deployment strategies (blue/green, canary) for zero-downtime releases.
• Collaborate with software and data teams to optimize deployment for high-throughput pipelines.
