Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join an agile team in a mission-focused environment in Chantilly, VA.

The role supports cloud-hosted applications across the software lifecycle, architecting and implementing AWS-based solutions and deploying COTS apps on the Sponsor’s cloud. You will contribute to cyber operations programs, participate in training events, and grow within a team that values engineering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 7+ years in CS/IT/cyber/security or related.
• 5+ years in software engineering, app development, or web deployment.
• 5+ years of production AWS experience with AWS CDK.

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile team to design, implement and test build processes to support the entire SW lifecycle.
• Identify and implement optimal cloud-based solutions for the Sponsor's environment.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements with measurable impact.
• Create and present design documentation and participate in design reviews for build processes.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines to deploy code using Git/Jenkins.
• Perform peer reviews and share O&M responsibilities with team members.
• Ensure users receive timely support to incidents and service requests.
• Implement and maintain system monitoring tools/metrics for health of services.
• Help maintain documentation for procedures and provide on-call support.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues.
