Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a DevOps Subject Matter Expert to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure supporting a federal acquisition system modernization. The role emphasizes DevSecOps, Azure/AWS, and Appian-based platform operations for a large user base.

You will collaborate with Appian developers, DBAs, and security teams to ensure secure, reliable deployments and automate routine tasks, with mentoring responsibilities for junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 5+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or systems administration.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts and services (Azure, AWS).
• Proficiency with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Understanding of security practices and FedRAMP/NIST requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure for cloud environments (Azure Government, if applicable).
• Configure and manage cloud infrastructure including VMs, containers, storage, networking, and security.
• Integrate automated security scanning and compliance checks into deployment pipelines.
• Manage multi-environment deployments (dev, test, staging, prod) with repeatable configurations.
• Monitor performance, availability, and security; respond to incidents and remediation.
