Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead the UEM Cloud Services team in Atlanta or Mountain View. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture reviews, and improve reliability and automation across cloud deployments.

Based in a hybrid role, you will oversee a distributed team, manage CI/CD processes, and ensure scalable, secure services. The role requires deep AWS experience and a strong Python/Ruby development background.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of engineering leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years in technical leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience with customer-facing SaaS services.
• 5+ years managing AWS infrastructure at a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of site reliability engineers with a focus on reliability and automation.
• Guide design reviews, architecture discussions, and deployment improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, cost-efficient solutions.
