Job summary

Dragos is seeking an experienced DevOps engineer to enhance reliability, observability, and operational excellence for our CI/CD and build/deploy pipelines supporting critical OT security solutions globally.

You will partner with engineering teams to design scalable infrastructure, drive platform adoption, and elevate developer experience through self-service tooling and governance. Remote-first with international teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles; security background a plus.
• Proficient with AWS services, Terraform, and container orchestration (ECS/EKS).
• Deep Docker expertise and experience with ECR.
• Experience with artifact registries and software supply-chain hardening.
• Strong knowledge of OIDC, workload identity, and GitHub Actions governance.
• Proficient in Python; Go is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set reliability and observability standards, including SLO/SLI and incident practices.
• Own developer experience roadmap for self-service infra and CI/CD.
• Identify and remediate systemic risks in AWS, IaC, and pipelines.
• Define long-term CI vision and architectural investments.
• Refactor and consolidate CI infrastructure into a single solution.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering rigor and accountability.
• Document all infrastructure components and deployment workflows.
