Job summary

LVT is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, scale, and secure our cloud infrastructure powering a massive IoT edge fleet and Agentic AI platform. You will collaborate with software and hardware teams to optimize automation, GitOps, and resilient systems from Seattle.

Based in Seattle with hybrid work, you will help drive cost efficiency, security, and reliability across global environments, while contributing to runbooks, documentation, and async engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps, platform, or cloud infra in high-availability prod environments.
• Deep hands-on Kubernetes workloads, networking, RBAC, storage, upgrades (AWS EKS preferred).
• Advanced Terraform/Terragrunt, refactoring complex infra hierarchies.

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and optimize cloud infra across multi-region prod environments.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters with high availability, secure configs, and networking.
• Drive GitOps maturity and secure deployment pipelines with ArgoCD.
• Design scalable cloud architectures, IAM, VPCs, cost optimization.
• Enforce zero-trust and secrets management across infra layers.
• Support IoT/edge fleet operations and high-throughput messaging infra.
• Develop observability, monitoring, and incident response capabilities.
• Document architectures, runbooks, and promote async-first culture.
