Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a seasoned DevOps engineer to support cloud-based and on-prem environments, focusing on Kubernetes, Terraform, and automation. You will manage compute, storage, networking, and platform components while coordinating with cross-functional teams on workload management and security requirements.

Required: 5+ years in Kubernetes, DevOps, cloud (AWS/Azure), Windows/Linux administration, and scripting.

Qualifications

5+ years deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters
5+ years DevOps experience incl. configuration management and IaC
5+ years cloud experience (AWS/Azure)
5+ years Windows Server and/or Linux administration
3+ years identity management tools experience
3+ years containerized applications deployment experience
3+ years PowerShell and/or Bash scripting
Strong networking fundamentals
Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

Responsibilities

Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cloud-based and on-prem DevOps environments
Provide day-to-day operational support, monitoring, and problem resolution across compute, storage, networking, and platform components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on workload management, patching, onboarding, and troubleshooting
Optimize system operations, resource utilization, and performance through automation and capacity planning
Deliver clear analysis and feedback to management and internal customers for escalated issues and requests
Contribute to requirements analysis, capability development, and implementation planning
