Job summary

PDS Defense, Inc. in Seal Beach, CA is seeking a DevOps Developer 4 to join a high-performance team working on national security missions. The role emphasizes CI/CD, automation, secure test environments, and IaC across cloud-native and virtualized platforms.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and government customers on mission-critical projects. Candidate must have 3+ years of RHEL deployment and scripting experience, plus willingness to travel and respond to on-call needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Security Clearance: Top Secret
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with an adjudicated CI/FS polygraph
• Experience with VMware VMs and Hypervisor and PKI certificates is a plus

Responsibilities

• Apply modern DevOps practices to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerized deployments, and IaC
• Stand up, configure, and maintain secure test environments using cloud-native and virtualized resources
• Drive continuous improvement of integration and test processes with automation and metrics
• Automate, monitor, and troubleshoot across engineering development, tooling, testing, integration, deployment, configuration and security controls
• Review, develop, document, and maintain system requirements and traceability
• Interface with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external customers
