Job summary

D2 Tech Services is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our CORE team, delivering high‑quality cloud solutions while supporting a TS/SCI cleared intelligence customer. You will automate deployments, monitor security, and maintain both on‑prem and cloud infrastructure.

You will collaborate across SAFe/Scrum teams, improve build and deployment processes, and participate in on‑call support as needed. The role requires strong scripting, container, and CI/CD expertise with a focus on secure, reliable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant DevOps experience.
• Experience with container images and platforms (Kubernetes/Docker/OpenShift).
• Proficiency with GitLab or other CI tools.
• Experience deploying on‑prem and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Automate and optimize service deployments
• Integrate with enterprise authentication services
• Establish and improve system monitoring while maintaining security
• Architect, build, and maintain on‑prem and cloud infrastructure
• Maintain and improve build and deployment processes using CI/CD
• Apply configuration management to maintain revisions and patches
• Enforce security and reliability best practices, incl. access control and vulnerability testing
• Work with A&A Teams to maintain security requirements
• Document designs/configurations for continuity
• Participate in SAFe and Scrum teams; on‑call support may be required
