Job summary

BinTech Group is seeking a seasoned DevOps professional to design and sustain CI/CD pipelines for hybrid and cloud-based infrastructure. The role emphasizes automation, security testing integration, and scaling DevOps practices across large environments.

The ideal candidate will leverage AWS services, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift, and hands-on scripting to improve build, test, and deployment processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid onsite setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps experience
• Experience designing and developing CI/CD pipelines for hybrid and Cloud infrastructure
• Strong automation tool experience with Jenkins, GitLab, etc.
• Experience integrating Static and Dynamic Code Scans into pipelines for security testing
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, CLI)
• Experience with automated app builds using Maven, Gradle or Ant
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Experience leading DevOps practices in large-scale environments
• Basic Linux and Windows administration and networking skills
• Experience configuring and setting up application server environments
• Troubleshooting and debugging build issues
• Willingness to learn new technologies as needed

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine requirements for DevSecOps.
• Design and facilitate improvements for automation and DevSecOps.
• Act as escalation point for automation incidents and problems.
• Drive Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in application development.
• Adopt new automated build, test and deployment capabilities in projects.
• Expand automation knowledge within CI/CD pipelines.
• Transform application delivery for cloud in an agile fashion.
• Maintain adherence to enterprise standards and guidelines.
• Provide support and documentation during production transition.
• Contribute to development of internal standards and efficiencies.
