Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to support a complex program for the Warfighter. The role requires expertise in Git, platform architecture, automation, and cloud infrastructure in Linux and Windows environments.

The ideal candidate will have Agile experience, proficiency in programming languages, and a Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or CS with 15 years of technical experience.
• Fluent with Git and version control best practices.
• Strong Linux (RHEL) and Windows system administration knowledge.
• Experience with automated deployment using Jenkins/Bamboo, Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Support the development lifecycle including platform design, deployment and debugging.
• Build and maintain a release pipeline for fast, secure production delivery.
• Automate deployments across environments with scripting and toolkits.
• Configure sites/applications using Puppet/Ansible and maintain Jira/Confluence.
• Assist in designing web service infrastructure and deployments.
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation.
