Job summary

Subway is transforming its Guest Engagement platform with Adobe Experience Cloud and a high-caliber DevOps team. The Senior DevOps Engineer will own CI/CD infrastructure, release engineering, and platform operations across CRM & Loyalty, Personalization & ID, and Merchandising Automation.

You will implement automated gating, security scans, and scalable release processes. You will work with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and AI-assisted tooling to move fast while protecting production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience.
• Proficient in CI/CD design and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines across the Guest Engagement platform.
• Integrate code quality and security tooling within pipelines.
• Manage AEP operations and environment management.
• Own mobile app release engineering for App Store/Play Store.
• Document DevOps processes and train engineers on CI/CD.
