Job summary

Subway’s Guest Engineering team is transforming our platform stack, modernizing the Adobe Experience Cloud, and forming a high-caliber engineering team. The Senior DevOps Engineer will own CI/CD infrastructure, release engineering, and platform operations across CRM & Loyalty, Personalization & ID, and Merchandising Automation.

You will design automation, implement security gates, and mentor teams on CI/CD best practices while leveraging AI-assisted tooling to reduce toil and accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines in production environments.
• Familiarity with security tooling and release gates.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python).
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform operations and AEP-integrated services.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines across the Guest Engagement platform.
• Automate build, test, and deployment workflows in development, staging, production.
• Maintain code quality and security tooling within pipelines.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle across environments.
• Own mobile app release engineering for App Store and Google Play.
