JPMorganChase seeks a Software Engineer III to join the Corporate Investment Bank's Payments Technology team. You will contribute to designing secure, scalable market-leading technology products within an Agile environment.

You will own and optimize CI/CD pipelines, implement automation, work with Groovy, Jenkins, Spinnaker, and AWS, and help advance secure SDLC practices across the delivery stack.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts
• Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with evaluation and validation
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and security considerations
• Proficient in coding in one or more languages; strong Groovy and shell scripting for automation
• Strong experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI solutions
• Experience with continuous delivery tooling including Spinnaker
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud security fundamentals
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated knowledge of cloud and security practices

Responsabilités

• Executes software solutions with CI/CD and release automation for Payments platforms.
• Creates secure production code and maintains Jenkins pipelines and shell scripts for build/test/deploy automation.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications including deployment strategies and environment promotion.
• Gathers and analyzes data to improve software, including CI/CD telemetry like build times and deployment success.
• Identifies data patterns to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system reliability.
• Contributes to communities of practice exploring DevOps, cloud-native delivery, and secure SDLC practices.
• Leverages AI coding tools to improve code quality and delivery speed with peer reviews and automated testing.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation value across workflows.
• Supports end-to-end operational stability for delivery tooling, including Jenkins and Spinnaker administration.
• Collaborates with cybersecurity to embed controls in pipelines (secrets handling, least privilege, audits)
