Job summary

The Tower Loan of Mississippi is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation across our software delivery lifecycle. You will work with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and .NET applications to ensure reliability and rapid deployment.

You will configure Octopus Deploy, manage source control strategies, and collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes, monitoring, and security across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, systems engineering, release engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience implementing production CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation required.
• Hands-on experience with Octopus Deploy, Bitbucket, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern .NET applications strongly preferred.
• Experience with application performance monitoring, centralized logging, and observability platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Automate builds, testing, packaging, deployment, validation, and rollback processes.
• Develop standardized deployment processes and reusable automation across teams.
• Configure, administer, and maintain Octopus Deploy, including environments and templates.
• Integrate Octopus Deploy with source control, build systems, and containers.
• Manage Git workflows using Bitbucket and GitHub, including branching strategies and code reviews.
• Support deployment of modern .NET applications, APIs, services, and background processes.
• Develop and maintain Docker containers, registries, image versions, and security standards.
• Deploy, configure, and support Kubernetes applications and health monitoring.
• Implement and maintain application monitoring and centralized logging.
