Talent2Win is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to architect and optimize cloud infrastructure for a global HR tech platform. You will focus on Azure and Kubernetes, with AWS involvement, automating infrastructure and leading CI/CD initiatives across teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps, plus Docker and scripting skills. Remote LATAM availability is encouraged, with competitive USD compensation and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 5+ years of DevOps experience in cloud-native environments.
• Strong expertise in Azure AKS, Functions, App Services, Key Vault, and AWS.
• Proficiency with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Database experience with SQL/NoSQL.
• Solid networking, load balancers, VPCs, and SSL.

Mansioni

• Architect and optimize Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Build and automate CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized apps.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure reliability and uptime.
• Administer SQL/NoSQL databases incl. backups and tuning.
• Apply security, IAM, and compliance best practices (Key Vault, Secrets Manager, OWASP, NIST).
• Deploy observability with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch.
• Collaborate to promote GitOps, DevOps, and SRE practices.
• Contribute to incident response and post-mortems.
• Support developer productivity with fast, secure releases.
