Job summary

ARGO Data Corporation in Richardson, TX is seeking a Sr. DevOps Engineer to own design, implementation and scaling of CI/CD pipelines across multiple product teams.

You will automate deployment, manage cloud infrastructure on Azure, and champion containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes. This hands-on leadership role partners with software engineering, QA, and product teams to improve release quality, speed, and reliability while enforcing security and governance across DevOps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in DevOps, software or release engineering roles.
• Experience with cloud-based and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and support automated build, packaging, deployment and release processes.
• Support source code management, branching strategies, and release workflows.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code across cloud environments.
• Manage binary artifact repositories (Nexus, Artifactory).
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve velocity and reliability.
• Perform root cause analysis and fix deployment/infrastructure issues.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Maintain DevOps documentation and standards.
• Evaluate and improve DevOps tools and security practices.
• Support cloud migration initiatives and Azure optimization.
• Build containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, and change failure rate.
