Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the cloud infrastructure team in Salt Lake City on a hybrid full-time basis. You will own end-to-end AWS infrastructure, guide platform architecture, and drive automation initiatives across multiple business units.

The role focuses on Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on ownership and mentorship of junior engineers. Strong scripting skills and production-grade cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering experience.
• Strong AWS experience.
• Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Terraform.
• Docker.
• Linux Administration.
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
• Python or Bash scripting.
• Experience supporting production cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AWS infrastructure and platform architecture.
• Lead Kubernetes deployments and containerization efforts.
• Develop and manage IaC with Terraform and related tooling.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence architectural decisions.
