Job summary

Altman Solon seeks a DevOps Engineer to manage the infrastructure behind Arrow and related applications. You will own deployment workflows, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve tools and processes to enable scalable delivery.

Collaborate with IT leadership and the DevOps team to secure and stabilize platforms. Ideal candidates bring hands-on Kubernetes/AWS experience, Terraform mastery, and strong scripting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in platform, cloud, or DevOps engineering with production responsibility.
• Kubernetes cluster management on AWS EKS including VPC-CNI and Karpenter.
• AWS expertise across multiple accounts/regions (S3, RDS, IAM).
• Strong Terraform skills and reusable module design.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes.
• CloudWatch logging/metrics; Prometheus & Grafana within Kubernetes.
• Scripting with Bash and YAML; good problem-solving.
• Strong ownership, independent work, and clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain apps on AWS EKS with ArgoCD and Secrets Manager.
• Build reusable Terraform modules and Terragrunt configurations.
• Manage multi-account AWS environments across regions and clouds.
• Create release pipelines and deployment metrics; manage rollbacks.
• Establish logging/monitoring with CloudWatch; develop dashboards.
• Collaborate with developers to implement platform changes for client environments.
• Advise project teams deploying bespoke applications.
• Document infrastructure and turn recurring tasks into repeatable processes.
• Communicate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders.
