Qualifications

• 9 years of DevOps or software development experience with related degree, or equivalent combination
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EKS, EC2, EBS, S3, Lambda) and deployment of infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Support cloud infrastructure deployment in AWS (EKS)
• Provide on-premise and edge infrastructure deployment as needed
• Automate deployment processes for reliability and scalability
• Manage Kubernetes containers and AWS cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with developers to integrate applications into infrastructure
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and resolve issues
• Improve processes to ensure high availability and performance
• Stay current with new technologies and infrastructure trends
• Mentor and lead engineering teams as needed
• Work onsite at customer site in Columbia, MD
