Job summary

INFUSE is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stack. You will bridge cloud engineering and software development across our product suite, including production LLM products and modernization efforts.

You will lead the transition to EKS and GitHub Actions, enforce zero-trust baselines, and mentor engineering teams while working closely with internal teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps / SRE with 3+ years on AWS at scale.
• Proficient in Terraform and Ansible; design production workflows with GitHub Actions.
• Strong containerization with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, Helm).
• Security-focused with zero-trust, secret management, patching and backups.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate secure AWS infrastructure (EC2/Docker Compose, EKS) using Terraform and Ansible.
• Build and maintain CI/CD in GitHub Actions and migrate Jenkins jobs.
• Enforce security baselines (Cloudflare WAF/proxy, least-privilege IAM, secrets rotation).
• Own monitoring/logs with Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Sentry; handle on-call and post-incident reviews.
• Own backups and regular restore tests; manage cost with tagging and right-sizing.
• Review infrastructure proactively; document and bring under IaC, CI/CD standards.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with internal teams and contractors.
