Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Chantilly, VA to join an agile team focused on mission-critical software. You will drive the lifecycle of cloud-hosted applications and architect AWS cloud solutions using Sponsor services.

You will deploy and integrate COTS applications on the Sponsor cloud enterprise, participate in design reviews, and build CI/CD pipelines. Strong Linux, Docker/Kubernetes and automation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Minimum 5 years in software engineering, development and deployment.
• 5+ years production AWS experience with AWS CDK.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and test build processes to support the full software lifecycle.
• Identify optimal cloud-based solutions for Sponsor’s environment.
• Create and present design documentation and participate in reviews.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines to deploy code using Git/Jenkins.
• Provide on-call support and ensure incident response.
• Collaborate across software developers, DBAs, and system engineers to resolve issues.
