Job summary

WiserBrand in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and optimize modern cloud-native infrastructure. You will work with AWS services, serverless architectures, Terraform, and CI/CD automation to keep systems secure, reliable, and scalable.

You will lead migrations from Jenkins to GitHub Actions, define DevOps standards, and mentor teams. This role demands strong scripting, IaC discipline, and excellent English communication in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps/Cloud Infra
• Strong AWS experience including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, VPC
• Terraform expert for IaC with modules, state management & multi-environment deployments
• IaC principles and multi-environment deployments
• Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline automation with Jenkinsfiles & plugins
• Scripting in Python, Bash or Go
• Git-based workflows & modern CI/CD practices
• Cloud security, IAM & secrets management best practices
• English level at least upper-intermediate

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions
• Refactor existing Jenkins pipelines for maintainable GitHub workflows
• Collaborate with development teams for smooth transition with minimal risk
• Define and promote DevOps standards, docs & reusable templates
• Monitor and improve pipeline performance & reliability
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced engineering team and help us build, scale, and optimize modern cloud-native infrastructure.

In this role, you’ll work extensively with AWS, serverless architectures, Terraform, and CI/CD automation, helping ensure our systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and highly performant.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, and VPC networking
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles, including Terraform modules, state management, and multi-environment deployments
• Proven experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline automation, including Jenkinsfiles, shared libraries, and plugins
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
• Experience with Git-based workflows and modern CI/CD practices
• Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and infrastructure best practices
• At least Upper-intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of existing CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in cloud environments (AWS Lambdas and networking, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with secrets management and security best practices for CI/CD
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
