Bitsight is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. You’ll act as a technical reference, improving reliability and automation in our cloud-based SaaS platform. The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, architecture, and mentorship.

You will work with Linux-based systems, Docker/Kubernetes, and major cloud providers, applying IaC and AI-assisted methods to drive faster, safer software delivery in a remote US-based setting.

Formación

• Proven experience as a DevOps/Operations engineer in a SaaS environment.
• Extensive experience with Linux systems (Ubuntu/Debian/CentOS preferred) and scripting (Bash/Python).
• Deep experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and major Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong expertise with IaC tools like Terraform.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, scale, and troubleshoot SaaS cloud infrastructure focusing on reliability, efficiency, and security.
• Tackle complex system-level designs affecting multiple components and plan for performance/scalability.
• Pioneer AI-enabled infrastructure and ensure ROI through validated automation.
• Lead design discussions and provide technical guidance across teams.
• Mentor senior engineers on system design and best practices.
