Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Location: Remote (United States)

Job Type: Independent Contractor (No insurance, PTO, & benefits; candidate will be responsible for any tax and insurance, business trips will be reimbursed)

Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operation and maintenance related platform design and development work, participate in the construction of operation and maintenance system;
• Build and maintain Kubernetes production environment;
• Participate in the daily management and operation and maintenance of related platform systems, and participate in system-related operation and maintenance;
• Research service architecture, discover potential problems, formulate system adjustment and optimization plans, and improve system stability and efficiency.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years DevOps related experience, majoring in computer and related majors.
• Familiar with Linux, Jenkins, Nginx, Redis, Mysql, Git and other common software deployment, maintenance and optimization.
• Have experience in the establishment and maintenance of AWS EC2, Cloudfront, RDS, S3, EKS, ECR and other services, familiar with Google Cloud.
• Master Kubernetes and other orchestration service frameworks and the ability to secondary development of them is preferred;
• Familiar with Docker related open source technology, and related operating system foundation support (file system, Cgroups, etc.), mastery of Docker source code is preferred;
• Understanding of the industry's resource scheduling system operation, system design concepts, actual large-scale scheduling system construction experience is preferred;
• Familiar with operation and maintenance tools and technologies: such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, etc.
• Continuous integration and continuous delivery: Familiar with CI/CD practices and tools, such as Jenkins, gitlab, argocd, etc.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
